Bay lake fishing excursion

Any members done a fishing excursion on bay lake and if so who was your guide. We are booking in a week and looking for any info .

5 of us went in August ($200?), it was great and I guess April is the best. We landed (and released) about 20 nice size Bass. Great Castle pics fishing.

We have done the fishing excursion every year down mind you our usual guide just left to go back to the UP in Mich for school so I can't reccomend a guide now but spend the 10 bucks and get the live bait it is well worth it. My largest with Dieter was an 11 pound largemouth and it was in Feb of 98.

My husband, son, son-in-law, and grandkids have fished Bay Lake...can't remember the guides name. They had a very nice time and caught about 40 fish with the largest being around 5 lbs. They would go again in a heartbeat.

They also have gone to Lake Toho on chartered fishing trips. It is about an hour from WDW. They used Capt. Jack's Charters. One day they caught 70 fish with the largest being around 8 lbs. They absolutely had a great time fishing.

Can you tell that I have married and spawned fishing addicts! Sandie

Is there a best month or worst month for fishing?

We have gone in Nov Dec Feb and this May and have had great success every time out. We are told due to the warm temps and occasional cold snap they will have a spawn every 4-6 months which is good for the fishing.
