My dad's digital camera broke and he's been whining that he can't take pictures of his customers fish catches. (Mind you, the boat is already out of the water for the season.) So, I told him I would give him my Olympus C-750 UltraZoom & 3 XD cards. ($600 camera bought 3 yrs ago) Nice daughter I am, huh?
I mailed it to him & he calls just now saying "you didn't send the batteries".
My husband on the other line, laughed, and said "what, you want everything?" I replied, "you kept telling me you had TONS of rechargeable AAs. You want more?"
Wish me luck in that I don't regret this decision. My dad is one to call on EVERY little step when it comes to computers. (He's still running Windows 98....and has dial up. ) Tonight he plans on learning how to turn the camera on.
OMG.....I got my new camera 3 wks ago (Canon S3 IS)....and STILL haven't read the manual...and I've taken TONS of photos.
