Dh and I are planning to spend one night in either Baton Rouge or New Orleans and do a little gambling. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to stay? I've checked Trip Advisor, but the posts are old and I am looking for more current suggestions. No interest in the bar scene or French Quarter or really any other sites of the area--just a casino and nice hotel for a little bit of a getaway. Hotel does not need to be attached to the casino (but that would be nice) because we will have a car. Thanks!!!
