Is there anywhere, besides the bathroom floor, to change a young adult's diaper at WDW?

First Aid has private rooms with beds or cots if the person needs to lay down for changing. There is a First Aid location in each park. I'd plan to go there.

Enjoy your vacation!

I second First Aid.

There are Companion Restrooms in each park, but most of those do not having changing tables or counters.
Most of the ones that do exist are counter height and not long enough for a young adult.

The first aid stations are great. The nurses are amazing, also we just say we need a flat surface for a few minutes for personal care needs. That way they know you don't need to see a nurse. This way you usually get right in and back out to your day. The only down side is that you have to take the briefs (diapers) with you. They will provide you with a plastic bag and we throw ours right outside in that trash can. It also lets you get out of the heat. There is only one first aid station in each park so you might have to trek all the way to it but it is a small price to pay in order to not have to use the bathroom floors.

at the First Aid Center is there a place i can change adult diaper as i dont like the idea on the use the bathroom floors

Is there a table ect in the first aid when changing adult daipers
Yes there is but I can not see how you will need a bed to change your own diapers ( this is just me) but there are privet rooms with a bed and every privet room I have see has a sink in it and this is not the little room to rest

Just an FYI - bring those chucks/chux/chuks (seen them spelled multiple ways) pads if you are doing a standing change and need to remove shoes. The floors are icky, and chuks are easier to stand on than paper towels, IMO. I used to carry them when we went to the beach, if the kids needed to change in the beach bathrooms. They also work well for a seated change.
