If it's a category 4E, there is a shower and rectangular tub, not a round tub. That's because 4E's have extended balconies, so they have the same cabin space/configuration as a deluxe verandah stateroom, and not the typical family verandah stateroom.
We are in 4D in the Dream and do not have a double bath because it's a handicap cabin. The size of the BR is huge because of the handicap items, set in shower, bars for handicap, it's worth it in order to have all the handicap items in the cabins,

I'm 6'2" and even the showers in the cabin are pretty snug. That's why sometimes I did my showering in the locker room up by the spa and fitness center. Big locker room, nice size shower stalls with good shower heads, lockable lockers for my clothes and valuables, even lots of sinks and mirrors to finish getting ready after the shower. My wife and I quickly got into the habit of trading off days of who got to shower up there, or we could take turns going up there if there was enough time. Still, the showers in the rooms are fine. We had a room with a split bathroom, so someone else could use the toilet and second sink while another showered. Great for families. Veranda cabins are nice then too, a good view and relaxing breeze while you wait for your family to finish getting ready.
Hmmm, we had a 4E on the Fantasy on deck 9 and did not have extended balcony and we did have the rounded bathtub and shower. It was actually hard to get into and out of. The room had a rounded "hump" in the wall where the shower was.
