Embarking on my first cruise ever tomorrow on the Dream! Can't believe it's finally here. Of course, as I'm packing, a bunch of random questions are coming to mind:

1. What bath products are provided in the staterooms?
2. Are dental products (toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash) included?
3. Are there laundry bags that we can keep? (Disposable plastic ones, as opposed to fabric ones)
4. Can we book ground transfers from Port Canaveral to the parks? Specifically, to Magic Kingdom?

1. What bath products are provided in the staterooms? Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner and Lotion
2. Are dental products (toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash) included? No
3. Are there laundry bags that we can keep? (Disposable plastic ones, as opposed to fabric ones) No. Only fabric ones, I think. We did not have any in our room.

H2O bar soap, shampoo. conditioner and lotion are provided.

No.

No plastic laundry bags, only a fabric one.

You can book ground transfers to a Disney property hotel, but not directly to Magic Kingdom.

4. Can we book ground transfers from Port Canaveral to the parks? Specifically, to Magic Kingdom? No, DCL transfers only go from port to MCO, or port to WDW resorts, not any of the parks.

Info right on in this answer! As for #4: You can book a transfer to the Disney hotels, then hop on a bus right there for the Magic Kingdom or other parks. The cruise busses and park busses use the same area, so it would be easy.

Do they replace the toiletries frequently?

i.e. do I not need to pack any shampoo/conditioner/soap for my family of 4 sharing one stateroom? We'll go through the quantities Shmoo posted above in one day :)

What about bodywash or shower gel? I love the grapefruit scent. Do they have it or can I purchase it onboard?

Plenty of shampoos, soaps, etc!! Refilled automatically every day, or just ask your room attendant if you think you'll need extra. Check that worry off your list!

They replenish daily, but you can always ask your room steward for more. They don't have any issues giving you more. No body wash, just the soap. However, you can buy the body wash in the shops.

Here is my practice...

Go into cabin, remove bath products (because I use my own on board, after dinner new ones magically appear. Rinse, repeat. ;)

I get home and BAM... now I can feel the Disney love with all of my H20+ products until the next cruise. ::yes::

I do buy the grapefruit body wash when I get onboard though. It smells so good!

It depends on your room steward. I have had room stewards who would not even replace it when we've run out let alone give more.
