Bath & Body Works (sensual amber)

Has anyone tried one of the newer fragrances at bath & body called Sensual Amber. I rec'd the lotion & shower gel for Christmas and LOVE it !! I never smelled that one before. I wouldn't mind splurging and picking up the fragrance in the spray. Has anyone else tried this one?

What is your favorite bath & body works scent?

OMG...me too. I love Sensual Amber and Cherry Blossom.

Cucumber Melon has always been my favorite. I can't wear the perfumey/floral ones because DH is allergic to those. Mandarin Mango is another fave of mine.

I actually liked that scent, too. After working at B&BW, I really hate all their stuff (LOL) but had a freebie to choose from the Pleasures line so I went in with an open mind and found the newer Sensual Amber. Decided it wasn't so bad, and it was wintery, so I got the cream for free. I put it on my desk at work and really like it!

Something about Sensual Amber reminds me of Brown Sugar & Fig, which makes me nauseous, so I've stayed away from it.

My all-time favorite BBW scent is Limelight, which was discontinued about 10 years ago, and I miss it dearly. My current favorite tends to depend on my mood, the weather, etc., but the tried-and-true is Warm Vanilla Sugar, especially the Limited Edition version of the fragrance. I also really like Water Blossom Ivy, Tutti Dolci Lemon Meringue, Coconut Lime Verbena, Pear Blossom, Lemongrass Sage, and Cherry Blossom. If it's really disgustingly hot out, I also like Cool Citrus Basil and Green Clover & Aloe. They just seem "cooling" to me.

Last summer, I found 2 of the room sprays and one NEW bottle of lotion on ebay. I know: gross, old lotion, but this stuff honestly smells (and feels) brand freaking new! I was so happy!

I emailed BBW once to beg them to bring back Limelight and they told me that I should go try Coconut Lime Verbena instead. As though they're anywhere close to similar. Hmph.

Another Amber wearer checking in. I started using it around October. I like it for Winter. I used to wear Tutti Dolce Creme Brulee, but now that's discontinued. I haven't been to BandBB for a while, but I've heard the new Pomegranate fragrance is good.

Hop in there while they still have the semi-annual sale going on. Last time I was in there I saw a ton of creme brulee stuff on the 50% off table.

I love the new Midnight Pomegranate. As far as favorites go, it's easier to ask me what I *don't* like - much shorter list.

I'm using the Sensual Amber right now. Love it. I switch up all the time and I don't think I have a favourite, though.

Oh Yeah I have the Sensual Amber,I have some of the body cream and I love it.
My skin is so dry and it is Wonderful.

I am not a B&BW fan but I really do like this one.

I really like the new Sensual Amber!! I bought one of the body lotions in that fragrance...

You know my NEW hit of the season though?? The Japanese Cherry Blossom, I LOVE it, I got several of it's products on sale over the last few weeks

My overall yearly favorite is the Warm Vanilla Sugar....

Although, I am currently burning the new midnight pomegrantz (candle) & the candle itself smells wonderful...

I really LOVE the sensual amber also. Rec'd the body cream for Xmas and had to go out and purchase the shower gel. This is my new favorite right now ! My other winter favorites are Vanilla Bean Noel and Winter Candy Apple.

My favorite is the Magnolia Blossom, maybe because it reminds me of the South? And it smells really good. I also like Sweet Pea, Cherry Blossom and the new Midnight Pomegranate.

You sound like me, I'm the same way...very fickle with B&BW scents. One day I can love a scent, the next day I can't stomach it. I just tossed out a bunch of Green Clover and Aloe the other day -- I loved it at one time but the other day I went to smell it and it made me nauseous.

I also have my favorite discontinued scent - Tranquil Tropics. They brought it back a summer or two ago and I stocked up - still smells great. I also tend to never get sick of Warm Vanilla Sugar and Coconut Lime Verbena, but the other scents I have (which are too many to count) I really have to be in the mood for to wear.

I tried the Sensual Amber last time I was n the store, didn't care for it on me. Did like the Pomengrante and bought some, but its another one I have to be in the mood to wear.

I first found it in October, but DH said he didn't like it.

I tried it again, and I REALLY liked it, but when I went back to buy it, they were OUT!!!!

I finally went back and bought the shower gel, body cream and body spray. I LOVE IT!!! I get complimented on it all the time!

I also like Japenese Cherry Blossom (DH's favorite), and cool citrus basil.
