Hopefully this is a simple question. What's the different between Bat magic that we bought last month and the bat magic that has five gold dots on it? Or are those Stars?

That's a 5 star bat magic. 5 of the magics that were for sale last month, combined.

I don't understand. Only Bat magic was on sale last month. What's better or different with the five star that the new one doesn't have?

if you combine 5 different bat magic pins you will have a 5 star bat. a 5 star bat lasts much MUCH longer than a 1 star. Like a more powerful magic.

This can be done for all magic pins.

Disney Dreams and Aengus thanks. Now this opens up another question. Sorry. If I wore 5 bat magic pins at once could I get the same effect? Just curious.

no, the 5 star bat lasts about a minute, you would have to keep restarting one star bats and the effect is nothing like 5 star. Snowman magic on the other hand you can live without 5 star. Some people like to keep themseparate for tradability.

You have to combine them in your inventory to get the same affect.

Thanks Goofy. How do you combine them? I know, too many questions. Sorry

5 star Snowman actually recharges faster - that is the benefit to combining that pin.

To combine magic pins of the same type - go into your inventory window - click on a bat magic pin - you will see on the right a choice that says combine - click that then click a second bat magic pin in your inventory - keep doing that until all the pins are combined.

WARNING - you cannot seperate magic pins once they have been combined...

Hope that helped... Oh - and you cannot be wearing the pins at the time...

If you are thinking about combining magic, THE most important sentence in this entire thread is that above in Dizpinfriend's post and it is worth repeating:

Once you combine magic, you CANNOT separate them. EVER. NEVER EVER.

So make sure you want to do it before you do. :)

And trust me, everyone had (or still had) a million questions. Someone out there is glad you stepped up and asked because they didn't know either. Always ask. Someone here will answer. :)

Thanks Dreams, I really appreciate it. How do you combine magic? I hope it's not just by wearing all the magic pins.

Anytime. Lots of people have helped answer all of my questions, and trust me, one day you will answer someone else's.

Okay, to combine your magic:

For example: To create 5* Cursed Storm Magic (the first I ever made - just a few weeks ago, in fact! :yay: )

1. Click the chair icon to open your inventory window. Select the pins tab
2. Click on 1 cursed storm icon.
3. Click "combine."
(Everything in your pin window will "gray-out" except other cursed storm magic pins.)
4. Click another cursed storm icon.
5. A pop-up will appear: "Are you sure you want to combine these pins? (You can't separate them later.)"
6. If you are sure, click "ok." If you have ANY doubt, click "cancel." This is your last chance to change your mind. If you decide you do not want to combine your magic, click "cancel." If you click okay, you will now have a 2* cursed storm magic.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 until you get as many stars as you want / have.

Again, once you have combined, they are combined forever, for you, for trading, forever. Enjoy!
