Does anyone know if the pack and plays that the resort has comes with the bassinet that sits on top?

Thanks!

Never seen one. Been a few years since we needed a pack and play, but none of the ones I've gotten at any hotel (including Disney) have had the bassinet insert.

Went in October and we received just a pack-n-play. But maybe call the resort and ask, because even when you book the package and go to the special requests it only offers pack-n-play. So best bet would be to ask the resort you want to stay at. And call them directly not Disney travel line.

Been going to Disney for many, many years and I have never seen anything but the pack 'n play itself

Disney does not publish the phone numbers for the resorts. Even when you call from your room you are getting a call center, not the front desk. When you call, the person at the call center will answer as if they are the resort based on the line coming in, but they are not actually there.

Maybe I'm wrong because my child is grown and gone and a father to two kids who don't need pack n plays but I thought all rooms had these in the closet? I just think that because when we go, my husband always asks, "what the heck is that thing?"

No they are not provided in the rooms. Maybe you're seeing the luggage holder...

See I never knew that maybe that's why it took them 8 hours to get us a pack-n-play, even after I put it in the request at the time I booked the package (7months in advance). When we arrived our room was ready and told the pack-n-play is in there. Got to the room at 2pm and there was no pack-n-play my mom called the "front desk" and they said it would be there before we got back from the park. Arrived back at room at 9:30...still no pack-n-play. She called again and it took them another hour to deliver... But it would make sense because we weren't really getting our hotel directly.
