Basketball Season???

Hi

When we went to Orlando in November 2003 my DH and I watched a Basketball game in Orlando and really enjoyed it. We are next going in August/September 2010 and I wondered if the Basketball season will have started as I would like to surprise him with tickets.

If not, are there any other sporting events such as Baseball, football that will be on about that time???

If so, does anybody know how I would go about getting tickets?

The NBA basketball season does not start until October, so it will not be on I am afraid on your dates.

The Florida Marlins play in Miami so that may be too far to travel, your best bet may be the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team as they will be playing when you go though the 2010 schedule won't be on the site yet.

We went to basketball in 2004 and enjoyed it so much we decided to try baseball this year.

We went through to watch Tampa Bay Rays and had a great time. I expectde the game to be boring but I actually preferred the game to basketball.

We booked the tickets through the MLB website and picked them up no bother. We got seats in the Loge box for $22 and they were ideal as we were sitting close to 3rd base.
