Basic Mickey Font?

I have seen pictures of shirts that people make with the Mickey head outline and names in the Mickey Font. How do people make these? Is it a special sewing machine? How about the font? Is that something I can buy and/or download to my computer.

People more creative than I can tell you about the sewing, but the disney font is free.

Some people have their shirts made...I've seen quite a few vendors on etsy. I made shirts for my family using my embroidery machine and the disney font for names. I usually use a combination of appliqué and embroidery.

One option is to go over to the creative DISigns board; there are many graphic designers who will personalized images for you, at no cost. (it is a bit overwhelming, but start at the "meet the DISingers" thread) give them a few days/ weeks to complete this for you. Then, you can buy T Shirt transfer sheets from a craft store, print the image, and iron it on! Super easy and cheap!
