That's a bit sexist in it's own way, should they hire a women CEO just for that reason? Maybe each time there was a person who was just 'better' then the other person, and the better person just *happened* to be a male and the challenger could of *maybe* been a female.
If women and men are equal (someone needs to hit you very hard with a large chunk of steel if you don't think that), it shouldn't really matter. There's women and men CEOs, and Disney's just happens to be a male.
As long as they're not Eisner, I don't care what their sex is
