Unfortunately, if I get accepted into the Radiology program... my summer will start and end in May. Then classes for the program start in June and July... but don't get me wrong, if I get excepted I'll be more than excited!

I was wondering recently why chocolate prices have gone up by about 20p-30p (Was about 35p-40p. Now you're lucky to get a bar under 50p (that isn't on sale of course)). Turns out, we're running out of chocolate! Noooooooooooo!

Recessive Genes
Wouldn't explain this. Blond IS a recessive trait, marked by two lower-case alleles (bb), where a lower-case letter denotes a recessive trait and an upper-case one denotes a dominant trait (blond and brunette, respectively). At least one parent must be brunette to produce a brunette child, possessing the allele combination (Bb). (Two upper-case B's are possible, and common, but the presence of three blond children in the family precludes this possiblity in the case of the Duncans.) Because each blond parent would have two recessive alleles, they could only contribute one lower-case (b) each. Two blond parents would guarantee a blond child, meaning Gabe is adopted.
Or the mail man has a little boy in the Duncan house.
Or either parent dyes his/her hair, while still having the necessary gene to have blond kids
