Barrel of Laughs - Oscars and kids??

We will be on the Wonder when the Oscars are on! We always seem to go away when they are on. Anyway, my 13 year old daughter really wants to watch it and I have seen on last year's navagator that they show it in Barrel of Laughs and have an Oscar party. Are kids allowed in this bar?
