Is this ride strictly for children or can two twenty-something kids ride it too?

Considering that I am not a coster person, this is definitely a good ride for me! And I am... 30 something... To me it is not a boring ride. It's long enough and the slope is deep enough and yes, I screamed! :) My son loved it! He thought it was for babies only.

Adults ride it. I've never gone on w/o a child-- but you could if you want.

This over 30 loves it. It's a quick ride but fun. We always go on without kids. I see many adults on it.

Riding Barnstormer, I got brave and would put my arms up!

Well, I considered it "training". I can now put my arms in the air when coming down the big drop on Splash Mountain!

I am so proud! :teeth:

You're there to have fun-go on it and have a good time!!! My sister and I ride it whenever we can-I'm 23 and she's 19. This is also one of the easier rides to film if you've got a camera because it's just fast enough to entertain you, but mild enough to get a steady hold on your camera.
My youngest Disney Sister won't ride it. It's roller-coaster, even though it's a "little" one, so we end up riding it alone-without any children.

Adults can ride it. However, if you are very big or very tall, you might need to occupy a row to yourself.

My husband and I rode this together without children when we were twentysomethings. I guess it was fun, but it's a short ride and boards soooooooo sllllloooooowwwwwly so if you have other rides you'd rather go on...

Oh yes, adults ride it. In fact, DH and I love it! We rode it on our honeymoon, wearing our bride and groom ears, and had a ball. We make a point of riding it every time we go to MK!

I rode it last year when I was 21 w/my parents!!! LOL I loved it. It was very short but fun. I love small roller coasters. I always feel VERY brave. :rotfl:

DH and I rode this last month for the first time. We are trying to do all the rides we have never been on such as Barnstormer, Timekeeper, Dumbo, ect. We knocked out Dumbo and Barnstormer but no luck with Timekeeper.

It IS a cute ride, but I don't think we will go on again unless we have kids. I do like the themeing thru out the que!

You reminded me of a funny story...

Six years ago, when I was 7 months pregnant with my daughter, my husband rode the Barnstormer with our then 2 1/2 year old son a total of 37 times (we were there for a week and it was his favorite thing so we would get there first thing in the morning and got a lot of re-rides). He thought that 37 times was a bit too many for an adult--he actually had a bruised back because the seats are not particularly comfortable when you ride it that many times!!!

Now we all go on it a few times together (my daughter is now 5 1/2) and we have seen plenty of adults without kids riding it too!

We rode it and we are in our 30's :flower: I thought it was fun and really cute :teeth: If you do not want to wait in long lines for it ride when ToonTown first opens or late in the evening after dinnertime when most of the little kids have pooped out :earboy2: We rode it late in the evening and walked right on it.

I rode it at age 30. It was a good "warm-up coaster", since I hadn't ridden one in almost 5 years. There was no line, so my CM friend made a bee-line for it.

Sure - both my DH and I rode it in January with our DD2. She loved it. It's pretty tame, and very short, but a fun ride nonetheless. Enjoy.

DH and I rode it and we're in our 20s. DH said never again, but he's 6'5", so it wasn't exactly comfortable for either of us - should've gone in separate rows... Other than that it was very cute:)
