I am so irritated with BN it is ridiculous. I am a member so I get free express shipping. I ordered 3 items, 2 stuffed animals and 1 Wimpy kid shirt. They sent the wrong wimpy kid shirt and only one of the stuffed animals so I called.
The other animal was shipped but seperately and went through UPS to the post office. I feel that since I am a member and pay for this benefit that it is not acceptable that they shipped it in this manner. I should have received that item today and when I complained - the guy told me that it was a shipping delay with the carrier not them - he said it should get here Friday so if not then I will take it up with them after - they will be getting an email anyway.
They are going to ship a new shirt to me but not by Christmas - I am ticked - I was almost in tears when I called (for reasons beyond this) are really didn't have the energy to take it any further. But I really feel they should have shipped it overnight since it was their error - not mine!!!
Finally I placed another order two days ago and should have gotten express shipping - normally they default to express shipping but somehow it was regular shipping so it won't arrive in time either. Every communication I got from them said my order qualified for express shipping why didn't they send it as a courtesy then - did they really think I might complain if my shipment arrived earlier than they had told me? I tried to call but he said if he added express on after the fact then I would be charged for it. He tried to cancel but was not able to - so I guess my son's gift will just get here late.
Yes, they should have overnighted the correct shirt.. I checked my tracking again.. one item sat in CA for 4 days and one in PA for 2. (they are with 2 different carriers.. not sure what the problem is as all my other packages have come in 3-4 days.) I think I am going to go to BN today and re-buy them and then return the ones in the package after Christmas. My kids are older and would understand.. but I'm not happy.
