Barbour Jacket Black Friday Deals?

DD17 wants a crazy expensive Barbour jacket for Christmas. It's the only thing she's asked for. A women's utility jacket regularly costs $399, but her friend told her she got hers on Black Friday. She just can't remember where since it was a few years ago.

Does anyone recall seeing a deal on this jacket in the recent past - like within the last year? I want to save what I can!

Bloomingdale's usually has a pretty good sale. I got my Barbour wool coat a few years ago with a pretty good discount - I think around 30%

If you join their loyalist program you may get access early to the sale (last year was Tuesday) and you get free shipping. You can also get some cash back if you go through a site like ebates.com.

I second Bloomingdales. The last time I purchased a Barbour jacket, it was during a Bloomingdales % off sale. Sign up for their email newsletter and you'll get a code for 10% off and news about any sales. (As always, check the fine print for exclusions.) If you have an Amex card, you should also check your Amex Offers as there's an offer for a $30 statement credit when you use your enrolled Amex card to spend $150+ at Bloomingdales. And yes, buy online and shop through a portal like Ebates, and you'll get cash back (currently 3% from Bloomingdales through Ebates).

I am going to check both these sites out. I got an Orvis catalog in the mail yesterday with a $25 off coupon on it. Orvis also gives $10 off of you sign up for their emails. So that's $35 off right there if I can't find anything better.

ETA: Neither Nordstrom Rack nor Sierra Trading Post have the jacket she wants - the olive utility jacket (non quilted).
