leaving mon for wdw..my wife says i need a haircut..does anyone know how much it costs at the barbershop inside magic kingdom

We took my 13 year old son for a haircut when we were there in June his haircut was 12 dollars. I think an adult's cut is around 15 dollars not quite sure what the adult cost is but I know it's reasonable.

I think it is $14 or $15...I know for my 2 year old's first haircut it was $12 and the adult haircuts were a few dollars more.

Let me say at this point getting a child's frist haircut at Mainstreet's Barbershop is a deal and a half...for the $12 your child gets Mickey Ears saying "My First Haircut", a certificate with their name on it and a really good looking haircut (my daughter also got Pooh clips in her hair she was so cute).

I watched an adult get his haircut they get a good haircut, colored hairspray if they want it, and a photo op. for I think it was $15.

My husband got his haircut there last year. Good job and the kids loved seeing him in the chair!

Go for it, it's a great memory for all!

My DS-13 got a haircut this past week -- BTW, the Barbershop was absolutely mobbed! No Fastpass for this ride . We stopped by 3 times-once in the afternoon--there was a huge crowd and one barber, once around 6pm (shop had closed) and the third time right at opening--only had 3 people ahead of him at opening time and 2 barbers. DS's Barber mentioned that since they had been on the Mickey Monitor, in a Magazine and on televison, they have had a huge increase in guests, but mornings are usually the best.
DS loved getting his haircut there--his barber gave him lots of inside tidbits about the MK.
I noticed that the adult guests get the same pixie dust sprinkeld in the hair treatment as the children do.

My dh gets his hair cut there every year- I believe it was $15 - you won't regret it!

As for best time, DH stopped in there right at opening, while we were out side visiting some characters. He had one person in front of him. That may be the best time to go.

$15 for my hubby. He loved it and had the Barber Shop Quartet sing for him. This was during Xmas and we have it all on video. We had a great time. What we did, since we were there for 13 days, we did it when everyone was lining up to watch the parade. We skipped that one and returned for it another day. Lots of fun.
