Barber Shop questions

I have a couple of questions about the Barber Shop on Main Street;
I heard that you get a washout hair dye done if so can you do that without getting your hair cut, if so how much does it cost and is it your all your hair or can you get it like streak (just wondering)?

I've never had what you described done although I've had my hair cut a few times at the barbershop. I can tell you that the last time I was there (November, 2002), two young teenage girls simply walked up to the barber and asked very politely but shyly if he would do it to them as a favor, with pixie dust.
He was happy to oblige. It was spray on hair color and he tossed glitter all over the two. It was pretty nice and seemed to make the girls' day.
He didn't charge them a dime.
