Barber shop on Main St question

I have seen that at the barber shop you can have a mickey head painted on your head. My husband would like to do this. I was wondering if someone can tell me how long it takes and how much it is. Also, how long does it last. Will it wash off in the shower easily?

Yes, they wash off easily. My son had it done. He had his haircut also, so the cost was the cost of the cut, $14.00. Without the cut, I think the color is approx. $5.00.

The "mickey head" is actually colored hair gel, with topped with glitter......(think cupcake with sprinkles ) The time it takes to "paint one on" is minimal....the time waiting for your turn in the chair varies! The Barber Shop is open from 9-5 daily...and it's NOT like a grocery store deli where you can take a number, and check back later....you must wait in line. (this sorely disappointed one Mom of a perspective client on Tuesday when DS's were in line! )

Now....if only DH was here to download the pictures from my digital camera...I could show you what the head looks like!

Here is a picture of the Mickey heads. I don't believe they charged us extra for the color. I think it was 14.00 for children and 16 or 17.00 for adults. We waited a long time, but it was a lot of fun.

You're right...there was no extra charge for the "embellishments"! One DS got the "works" while the other got only a haircut....each cost $14...and Adults were indeed $17.....I believe they'll cut bangs for $5 as well...
