Bar Packages

I am currently deciding on my bar packages and am not sure how creative I can get with my budget and what disney will allow...

Is it possible to split the wedding with the bar options, ie:
first 3 hours hosted (whether consumption or package per hour) and the last 3 hours cash bar

Is it possible to have a Package bar for Beer, Wine, and Soda for 5 Hours and then add Hosted Liquor on Consumption for part of the wedding (either first hour or during dancing hours)?

Hey! I asked my consultant the same thing. She suggested having the package bar of beer and wine and a cash bar for liquor as it is more economical. If you do a package bar and then add hosted liquor they count it as two separate bars and it will cost you more. I suggest maybe serve the package bar and have liquor be cash, and cut down the amount of hours all alcohol is available to save money-say have it for 4 hours and then the last hour close the bar?
