Banshee Toy outside of AK?

my brother bought one at $60 but never played with the banshee after the return of our trip from WDW a yr ago. what is it with 12 year olds?

@GusGus77 - You can go to Guest Relations outside of AK and request a Shopping Pass. You’ll be given an hour to shop and then return to GR.

This is seriously still a real thing? Is that the case at all the parks? Can two people go in to shop together, or does it have to be just one person?

Two can get Shopping passes but each person has to leave the park within an hour to keep from getting charged for an entry ticket.
