Banshee Mechanical Issues

[Newt the Banshee]

I just got a banshee about two weeks ago, and at first it was working fine. Today its head stopped moving almost entirely and I tried to straighten out the wire and it didn't do much to help. If anyone has anyway I could try to fix it without having to take it apart that would be nice.

Email Disney. We have had others things break from their gift shops and we sent photos and receipt and they replaced it.
