Just curious.
Please, I do not want to ignite anything! I am just curious.
Once the answer is given, close the thread if necessary.

What does it take to be banned from the Disboards?

Who has the authority to ban people form the boards?

How many people (no names!) have been banned in the past two months?
:confused3

Thanks for the answer.

Read the terms of service, it tell you what you need to do to get banned.

I've had points deducted. I think it was for sarcasm and posting a link to a non-dis advertising company.

Hi Lyn,

The DIS is a privately owned site with guidelines to follow. Below is the link to the rules/guidelines that all participants should follow as well as who to contact if questions arise:

http://www.wdwinfo.com/guidelines.htm/

Infractions are issued for those not following the guidelines and are outlined on this page.

Moderators and admin both take part in making sure that the DIS is a family-friendly site for all to enjoy.

Being that these questions were answered and the original poster gave approval to close the thread once this was done, I'm going to honor her request. :)
