Banner AD on Disboards for S/P/D ??

So I thought I was going crazy (crazier?) the other day when I saw a banner ad here for Resort/Tix/Dining for as low as 104pp/day. Clicked on it and got to WDW with current up to 30% room (expires next month). Same thing a few minutes ago.

Any ideas Disboards? Ad running early? (I hope).
