I have also sent in a plea as a guardian, I really hope they will let me back in, I will not tell her today if they dont allow me access, but I dont know how long I can keep this secret from her. I just dont want her to hate me and think that I am a horrible person, but I cant keep it from her for ten years!

Actually, what you did does violate the "VMK Values" listed on the VMK site.
Everyone should read those rules, so they CAN prevent this from happening.

VMK does not want anyone to give out personal information. (All the staff
profiles seem to list that as a huge priority in their survey answers.)
This includes any outside contact through instant messages. If you
refer to AIM or another message program, they will give a permanent ban.

I hope the young player who recently griped about HIS ban for mentioning
AIM sees this other post to realize that his ban was a fair ban.

I'm sorry this negatively affects your niece, btw. I hope you can help her
with a library computer.

look it up, december 21, 2012, the myan calander ends, which has been going on for 4000 years....the same time the earth goes through a certain part of the disk in the milky way galaxy, therefore we will be sucked into a black hole and the universe will collapse in on itself faster than the speed of light....and we all go bye bye!

The end of the world thing is in reference to the Aztec calendar. It ends in December of 2012. Doom sayers believe it to mark the end of the world, while others believe it marks the end of a period of human developement, and still others believe the Aztecs were tired of writing the calendar. No offense, but they need to let your niece play at home. It shouldn't be
anyone else's responsibility. And I'm sure there are other things you can
do. Explore the rest of the DIS or find another group that inferests you.

I come to VMK to escape my own harsh realities. If I didn't have VMK,
I would probably finish my books, cross-stitch and crochet.

Okay, placing the whole world ending in 2012 thing aside for a moment...

Your above post took a very dark, sad turn. Do you truly feel there is "not much point to go on living" and that you are an "empty shell"? Please find someone in your real life that you can talk to about whatever it is that has you so down. You state that your entire family hates you. I understand that everyone has problems with their family, trust me, we all do. And you have not gone into why you feel people hate you, but I truly hope it is not as bad as you have made it sound above. Again, please find someone you can talk with and discuss your concerns.

And do not focus on 2012. No one knows what will happen tomorrow, much less six years from now. And remember "they" all said the world was going to end at the turn of the century. It didn't. Give life a chance - it just might surprise you.
