Banking question

In the June I banked 25 points from 2011 to 2012 use yr. On July 31 I banked 61 points from the 2011 to 2012 use yr.

On the summary page it says 86 banked OUT for the 2011 yr and banked IN 61 points for the 2012 yr.

Shouldn't they match? I called about it and was told because I had used that first 25 points for a reservation, that's why it doesn't show. That doesn't make sense to me.

What they told you is correct. Banked points once used for a reservation, in fact any points once used for a resvation, will fall out of the column there are in, either current points or banked in points, and drop down to vacation point used column because they are deemed used for a reservation. The banked in points column shows only points banked in and not yet used for a reservation.

I can't make ends or tails of the accounting. It seems things are added and subtracted 10 times over.
