Banking points

When I made my reervation for DLH this summer I had 20 points left. I asked him about banking and he said they do this automatically. So now I also made reservations for next year but the person on the phone did not say anything about using my banked points. I forgot to ask.. Did they automatically use these first?

So my 2 main questions are is it true that I don't have to actually call and bank points, that they will automatically transfer any unsed points and secondly do they use the banked points first are do you have to ask them first?

You have to call and bank points, or bank them via the member website. There is no automatic banking.

Once banked, they are supposed to use the banked points first, but there are occasionally glitches.
