Banking Borrowing Question

We have a Feb 1 use year. If we banking 2011 points to 2012, Is there a certain time in 2012 that we have to have our 2011 points used before we lose them?

Your 2011 use year is 2/1/11 to 1/31/12. If you bank them, they would be good from 2/1/12 to 1/31/13.
