Banking/booking confusion

Hopefully this question makes sense, because I am not even sure if I understand it however - heres goes. . .

We have 200 SSR pts. and 50 BCV pts. At the 11 month mark, we would like to use 50 banked points and 50 of '07 current UY points to make a reservation at BCV for five days next spring break. Now, let's say that we make our reservation just fine. Then at the 7 month mark (I know, not likely) we want to use 50 of our SSR pts. to replace the '07 BCV pts., can we do that and still have or "get back" the '07 50 pts. at BCV to bank for the next year?

Hopefully this is somewhat understandable. This is where I realize I am still a newbie and do not understand all of the ins and outs yet.

Thanks for any info!!

No, you can can not swap resort points used on a home resort reservation at 7 months, unless there is room availability to make a new reservation. Then you can cancel the original reservation and book a new reservation with whichever points you wish.

To simply swap points at the 7 month window would defeat the purpose of the 11 month advantage, and basically allow unlimited 11 month window bookings with the same points. It would also defeat the purpose of having a waitlist.
