If you are renting them out in the UY they were banked into.... yes. You can not UNBANK them. Hope that helps.

Typical rental is for the member to rent and then make a reservation in the renter's name using the member's points. in that situation you can use any points applicable to the trip year including banked or borrowed. If instead what you want to do is transfer the rented points to another member's account then you cannot do it because banked poionts cannot be transfered.
