Banked Points after canceling reservation

I banked points into 2023 UY. If I make a reservation in my 2023 UY and then cancel it will those points go back into my 2023 UY as long as it is more than 31 days to the reservation?

Yes.

They would go back even if you cancel less than 31 days prior to arrival. The points would go into "hold status", but they would remain in your 2023 use year.
