Just a quick one - can banked points or ones borrowed be transferred to another member?

Or do they have to be current year points?

Banked or borrowed points cannot be transferred. Once transferred (assuming that they are current UY and can be transferred) the points can be banked into their next UY.

Points must be considered current foe the UY they are part of in order to transfer,

And, once done, they can not be used to book or modify online. In addition, one must use up any borrowed points in the membership before you can apply transferred points you have to a reservation...something I just learned this year during my one time to transfer between my memberships.
