We have had no problems getting on the banana boat a CC. You sign up when you get there and they will give you a time to ride. Take goggles and hang on.
I booked at the 60 day mark and had a hard time getting the time slots I wanted. This will be our 1st cruise and 1st visit to CC, but after reading these boards for the last 6 weeks, I would call to make reservations just in case someone in your family really has their heart set on doing this. I should add that we are sailing on the 4/4 wonder and it is spring break for alot of kids, so that could be the reason why they booked up so fast, but I feel i'ts better to safe than sorry. Just my lil ole opinion
We also booked at the 60 day window. I wanted a time for 11:30am and wound up going at 2:30pm. I agree, take goggles and hang on, it's a bumpy, but very enjoyable ride, especially it you get knocked off!!! LOL!!!
Last August we booked 60 days in advance and did get the time slot we desired. Theya re great fun. I wouldn't wait until you get to CC, if you want to be sure to get a ride.
