As some of you may have read elsewhere, fireworks have REALLY been on my brain lately! Given these constant thoughts of pyro, I seek support how else, but by starting a thread here!

To avoid renaming consequences, I've given this thread both a "cool" name and a descriptive name.

Now let's start the sharing!

Nice! I like these!

Here are mine without a tripod:

78 SEcond exposure! Wow, f22? with what size ND Filter? I cant wait to get mine just to see what I can do with it creatively, Stunning!

I'm always scared of overexposing when I am in bulb!

Oh wow! I'm so glad you started this thread! I have always been facinated with firework photo's. Up until now I only had a point & shoot, but as of this month.. I have my new dslr! :) So I can actually take control & learn how to take awesome firework photo's. How do you keep the colors so bright & vivid?? I'm in awe, you did an awesome job!

WOW! As always Tom AAAmazing fireworks shots, I haven't gotten to play with the K-r at night yet. I was getting some "ok" shots with my P&S but I am dying to play around with the new toy.

Great shots Tom!!! Tough to follow those.

Here are a few from last year all from the same show and spot, with the old tripod on the trashcan trick:

If you go over to WDWPhotography.com, they have some great information about fireworks photography!

Love the fireworks shots. Can't wait to try and get some of my own this fall at WDW.

FYI, Tom's ebook is pretty good. You should check it out.
