Balzac Balloon Balls - Does Anyone Have One?

We purchased one of these balls in Animal Kingdom for my daughter. The first time we blew it up, it was great. A perfect circle. Now everytime we blow it up, it is oblong. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Check out the balloon inside. We bought several replacement balloons. I think you just have to blow them up very carefully.
