Baltimore area dissers ..help please quickly

I have a friend that is flying into BWI from Qatar late in the evening on Sunday, think 10ish or so. Is there anywhere close around there for good food and beer that is within in a 20 min cab ride and would still be open around midnight? Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
He gets on a plane very shortly so I'm trying to do some research. I told him to just ask the cabbie about some places. Anyways all suggestions welcome.

There's a Damon's over at Arundel Mills Mall, I imagine that would be open. There are also a number of places in the mall, don't know what their hours are, but that's the closest thing I can think of.

ETA...the airport is actually in Linthicum Maryland. Downtown is about a twenty to thirty minute cab ride. If he goes over towards Glen Burnie there's a ton of stuff...most chain places. There are also some airport hotels near there that would have food.

Daniel's in Elkridge. It's considered a biker bar, but don't let that scare you. They might be doing karaoke tonight.

How about the G&M Restaurant and Lounge? They are only about 5 minutes from the airport. And they have the best crabcakes in the world!(The seafood salad is really, really good too). They are only open til 11pm though. This is my favorite restaurant to go to when we fly out of BWI.

ETA: The restaurant closes at 11pm. But, I have no idea what time the lounge closes. I would think you can get food in the lounge.

There is DuClaws in Arundel Mills. It is a brew pub. They have decent food and beer.
