Baloo at a Character Meal?

Do any of the character meals feature Baloo from the Jungle Book?
 
I have never seen Baloo at any of the character meals. However, we have always found him near the drums just off to the right when you are headed towards Africa in Animal Kingdom. He is usually there with King Louie.
