My wedding reception will be held in the Grand Floridian Ballroom (Salon TBD).
Does anyone know if Disney offers ivory table cloths and napkins as a standard for no additional charge? And if it is an additional charge, what the price would run approximately?

I am also curious as to how past brides have filled up the ballroom. I am having approximately 80 - 100 guests but if it is more on the 80 side I want to arrange the room and add decor (economically) so that it does not feel empty. Any recommendations?

Do they provide a gift table and placecard table seperately? What else is in the room aside from the guest tables, dance floor, and DJ station?

I'm also not fond of the headtable/sweetheart table on a riser - am I allowed to forego that and have it on the floor?

Thanks for your help in advance!!

I am having my reception at the GF too and I was just at my planning session yesterday, so I can answer a few of your questions, but not all of them.

As for the ivory linens - they are no additional charge, however, the florist steered me away from them because she said that they are more on the yellow side. I did not get to see the actual tablecloth, but I decided just to go with white. However, if you do want ivory, it is no additional cost.

The gift table and the placecard table for us was located in the hallway near the Whitehall room where our cocktail hour was going to be.

I don't know what else to do for decorations really... I know that they told me that with the DJ lighting package, it comes with one of those light pictures on the wall and the dance floor. I will have the castle/stars on the wall and "and they lived happily ever after" on the dance floor. This might add a little extra to the room. Other than that, I'm not sure what other suggestions I could give you on decoration... you can always talk to the florist about that :).

I hope this helps!!
