One of my coworkers bet me 20 bucks I couldnt make a balloon rocket that flew without using a sting or straw.... So I of course turned it into a class project (and intend to spend the money I win buying cookies for us to have a

. I tried a styrofoam cup with a hole in it and the balloon inside, but it kinda just fell, not flew. Also tried giving said cup wings (the kids idea). So any suggestions? The kids are begging to try again but were outa ideas
