Balloon Arrangement @ Disney Resort?

Is there any where I can call and have an arrangement of balloons delivered to our resort to be waiting in our room when we get there?

If you go to this website http://www.disneyflorist.com/ you can order all kinds of things to be delivered to the room. The problem is that the delivery charge is very expensive! I wanted to order the Minnie or Mickey Mouse Walker balloon for my DD3's birthday but the shipping charge was like $25.

Is there any where that will deliver to the resorts?

I would imagine you could order from FTD florist or other local florists, the problem is they probably can't deliver it to be in the room, you'd most likely have to pick it up at either bell services or the front desk. What resort are you staying at? If it's a deluxe, a bunch of them have balloons behind the check in desks for kids. I know that Old Key West, Boardwalk Resort, Saratoga Springs and a few others have them (Animal Kingdom Lodge doesn't and you can't have balloons delivered there either due to the saftey of the animals). You can call your resort and ask them if they'd be able to have a few balloons put in the room to surprise your family, celebrate, etc. I know that they will do that from time to time.

Oh and if you were calling the resort, I would wait until a couple days before to do it, you wouldn't want to call too far in advance.

Thank you momminnie, I'm hoping so too. My girls and I have had a very rough few months and it'll be nice to see their smiles when we show up at the airport and they find out where we are going!

Were you able to find anyone to deliver balloons to the resort? I'd be glad to pick them up at the front desk - the prices from Disney florist just seem sky high!
