Room 5000 at WL

These pics were taken at dawn and are a bit blurry (especially the castle) but you get the idea. I thought this was the one end of the lodge I didn't want to be on, because of the boat horns. But it was sooooo relaxing to sit out on the balcony and look at the dock instead of the pool and the boats really didn't bother us. Also, you could wishes thru the trees from the balcony. I would request this room again in a heartbeat.

Room 4007 - very convenient.

Tennessee side - As I look out my window (the weather is clear) I can see from Mt. LeConte to Rich Mountain. Wonderful view.

We've never stayed on that side of the WL. It looks like it would be delightfully *quiet*.

Glad to hear they didn't charge you for a 'water view' !

I had a beautiful quiet pool view and a very large balcony at BCV last week. Unfortunately, the pool is being rehabbed, so I obviously didn't take any pictures
