Balcony in a garden view room at HRH?

Do the garden view rooms have balconies? I can't tell from the pictures.

There are no balconies at the Hard Rock Hotel.

PBH is the only Universal resort with balconies and there are only a few. For the most part the bigger suites have the balconies.
