Balconies at Vero Beach

Hi, going to Vero in May, 2 bedroom. I was looking at some videos on the room, and the 1 room tour had the balcony with a solid wall-so if you were sitting down you were looking at the wall, while other balconies had the railings. We had this type of room at WL this summer, it was only 1 night, so no big deal, but I do like spending time on the balcony, and really don't want to be looking at the wall all week while sitting there with my coffee. Is there an area where these are, or is it random?
