This might be a dumb question. I know that when you make a reservation your pay the deposit but are you able to pay the room off before you get there. Also another question are there e-nights sometime between June 30- July 10.
Thank you guys!!!!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

when you make your reservation.....then 45 days before your departure for a good time.....you pay the rest.....I just paid mine the day before yesterday.....we are anxious.....are you......

When you make a reservation through CRO you pay at check out. With WDW Travel Company you pay 45 days out. If you want you can send in money/call with CC info even if you book with CRO before you get there.

The last two years we have gone, I made the reservation a year ahead, and then made monthly payments and had it all paid off before we went. ~:D~

Paid my balance just last week. Finalized my PS reservations and car service from the airport...now all I have to do is pack!

We are SOOOOO ready for this trip.

I'm taking a friend of mine who has never been to the World. I can't wait to see the World through her eyes!

Kungaloosh, y'all!

If you booked thru WDTC you pay balance 45 days before arrival, if you book thru CRO you pay balance upon ARRIVAl, unless you have sent it on ahead of time.

The only thing you pay upon check out is anything you might have had charged back to your room.

Yes, you can send all the money ahead of time.

You stated you booked through CRO so you probably have already sent a one night deposit. You can send some or all of the remaining balance before you get there.

We have done this a couple of times. If you have to cancel, make sure you give them the proper advance notice they need so you get your money back.

You can always send in more money and pay your room off early. Since you booked with CRO though you won't be charged the balance until check out. One time we paid everything ahead of time but for all the others we waited until check out. I have no idea about e-nights for June though.

I just thought I'd drop in on this thread with a qualifier regarding CRO payment in full. It is true that regular reservations booked through CRO can be paid in full upon checkout; however, the exception is if you book with a DC discount through CRO. We have a room-only ressie to arrive 5/7, and our payment is due, in full on 4/16, 3 weeks before we arrive. When I made the ressie, I was told that DC ressie payment terms are different through CR than a regular ressie through them, and also different than if I had made the ressie through WDTC (which would have required payment in full 45 days before arrival). Of course, payment can always be made before it is due in full, and we do like to pay earlier sometimes, just to get it out of the way.

Since when can you make a ressie for a DC discount through CRO? Is this new? DC has always gone through WDTC. Not that I have used my DC for rooms. I've always found them to be a lot higher in price then AP rates and codes that come out. Are they changing the rules again?

I also did not think that you could use a DC discount through CRO, however I made a DC ressie through CRO today. I know that it was CRO, because I originally was connected to WDTC and asked to be transferred to a CRO CM. The CM said, "I see you are a DC member. Would you like to apply the DC discount to your reservation?" I was surprised at the question, as I always believed that I could not use my DC through CRO. I had to pay the $100 deposit that CRO requires, but was told that the balance is due 3 weeks before arrival. I also asked some followup questions about the payment info, as what I was told differs from any other reservation I have made (though either CRO or WDTC). The CM specifically said that CRO DC reservation policies differ from WDTC reservation policies, and from non-DC CRO reservation policies. Go figure?! I guess I'll wait to see what my confirmation sheet says when I get that, but the CM I spoke with seemed very sure of herself.

I had to pay the $100 deposit that CRO requires,
CRO requires 1 night's deposit with balance due upon check-in. DC requires 100.00 deposit with balance due 21 days out. WDTC requires 200.00 deposit, balance due 45 days out. ~:D~
