Unless it's a super busy time, you can sit under the shade behind the bus stop and then go up to the line when the bus pulls up. However, if there is a long line to begin with, that probably won't work.

I don't agree, and apparently neither does Disney. If you don't want to stand in the sun you can rent a car, use taxis, or even just buy a hat. No one is being forced to stand in the sun if they don't want to.
