Baked chicken

This one sounds super good!! and since you're using the fat free soup and skim milk it might not be so bad.... :goodvibes

Loving all the recipes! Chicken is a hit in our house, so always looking for new ways to prepare it!

If you are doing Weight Watchers each breast is only 7 points!!!! Serve it with a veggie and a garden salad with lite/fat free dressing and the whole meal would only be 10 pts tops!!
 
I'll season with sage, paprika, garlic and/or onion powder, and some fresh ground black pepper and either bake as-is or then roll it in Panko. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet and pop in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes, fliping them over once about half way through.

I've also rolled them in crushed French's Onions, that isn't as figure-friendly, but a nice change of pace and a good way to use up leftover onions from making green bean casserole.
 
I made this Garlic Chicken the other day and it was delish!

* 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. Combine olive oil and garlic in a ziplock bag, add chicken breasts and marinate in the fridge for about an hour. In a separate dish, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken breasts into the bread crumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking dish.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear.

The trick is to use lots of garlic and equal amounts of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
