This may be old news, sorry if it is.
On Disneyworld.com site, it shows 20% off at All Star Sports for the summer room only special. When you try to book it online, it only gives 15% off. It has been this way for several days now.
I "chatted" with one of those annoying popup chat boxes. Reporting the discrepancy, and suggesting it be reported to be corrected. He could care less. He also said he couldn't make the reservation either. He didn't want to report it.
I'm guessing it is like the DDP appetizer snafu, and will be corrected eventually. In the meantime, I wonder if anyone has reported it. Has there been discussion about it here on the Dis?
20% sure beats 15%.

I would CALL Customer Service to find out about the discrepancy. Most online chat boxes on other websites can't take orders or credit card numbers like that either.

I'm not sure if we are talking about the same page, but my interpretation from this is that the savings could be up to 20%. It also says the number of rooms at this rate is limited. This offer has been out awhile now. Perhaps they are now sold out of the 20% rate at ASSp? If so, I wouldn't quite classify this as a bait and switch.

I would recommend calling, too. Also, if staying at ASSp is important to you, I might just consider booking at 15% now and watch for another drop to 20%. You'll be even more frustrated if Disney sells out of the 15% too.

Actually, I wouldn't book at just a 15% off. Like many others, I am waiting for the AP discount, so go on the site frequently. 20% is all I expect the AP discount to be, so was very surprised when I saw that on their official website. It USED to say 15%. It is only giving 15%. It appears to be another IT error that I am trying to report, so they can fix it. Mainly inquiring if others on the DIS have already been discussing this. Have you read about the change to the DDP brochure? It took them awhile to fix that IT error, and apparently only did so after being reported enough.

But as PP said, they limit the number of rooms available at certain rates. Not much you can do if that is the case, but calling might open more options.

I called Disney about this too. The day's I was trying to book at POP were only giving me 5% off. The CM informed me that its UP to 15% off.
