Bahamas Immigration Form

Received our cruise documents a couple of weeks ago (3/16 Wonder) and I am now filling out The Bahamas immigration forms.

This may sound like a stupid question, but...

there is blank line that asks for Port of Embarkation. Do I write down Port Canaveral or the port (whatever its name is) at Nassau?
