bahamas immigration form - another question

This may seem like a silly question but I'm trying to get all of my documents in line and I want to be sure that I fill them out correctly. On the Bahamas Immigration Arrival Card it asks "Date of Arrival", "Intended Stay" and then info about accomodations.
My questions are as follow:

Do we list DCL as out "hotel"?

Is our arrival date the second day of the trip when we actually arrive in Nassau?

Is our intended stay just the one day in Nassau or does our day at Castaway Cay count?

Hope these questions don't sound dumb. But I'd appreciate any guidance anyone can give.

I wouldn't worry about it either. They tell everyone to go to a center console to have someone look over the paperwork and tear things out. There, they have a little plastic sign on the table with the answers to your questions. The exact date of your arrival for your cruise, etc. I filled those spots out while the nice lady tore out everything else. Takes two minutes to fill those spots in when you get there as opposed to doing it wrong and having to refill it out. Your vacations starts the minute you leave your house---try not to spend too much of it worrying.

I didn't even need to fill mine out at all. No one even looked at it!

The answer to all of your questions is yes. The form was new when we cruised March 20th this year. The check-in DCL person was shocked I filled it out and it was correct--we were on an eastern cruise. We were not going to Nassau but we were going to Castaway Cay so our hotel was the ship and the first day was the day we were there and the length of stay would be one day. So give yourself a highfive, you have it correct. They do look at the form when you check in and I assumed they corrected or filled out the forms not filled out. The Bahamma gov. requires the form. I find it interesting that some get checked and some don't. I was a little shocked they didn't even take a look at ours! I guess it just depends.....
